FRIDAY - General Admission and Parking is FREE (Specialty seats are available for purchase)
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY - General admission will be $10 online and $15 at the gate and there is a $15 weekend pass sold online.
CASH ONLY AT THE GATE.

Child policy: Children 5 and under receive FREE General Admission with a paid adult. The specialty seating options do require a ticket for this age group. Children under three will be expected to be a lap child or a ticket can be purchased if desired.

VIP SEATS

The VIP seating options allows a limited amount of guests the opportunity to sit in the VIP area. The VIP tent is located to the right of the stage. The price includes parking, catered dinner, and tickets for 5 adult beverages at the open bar located inside the VIP tent. Seats must be purchased individually and per day.

Party tent seating is for the elite Bluesfest partygoer. It offers wonderful views of the stage under a shaded tent with a party atmosphere. Seats can be purchased individually or by the table. Your party tent reservation entitles you to a seat at a patio-style table with chairs and cash bar. If you do not purchase a complete table, others will be seated with you. You will receive a free additional seat if you purchase the entire table (your table will have nine seats). Seats will be assigned upon arrival to the area. Online purchases include general admission to the festival.

Party Tent seating (ages 3+) is for the elite Bluesfest partygoer. It offers a view of the stage under a shaded tent with a party atmosphere. Seats can be purchased individually or by the table. This option is for an entire TABLE. Your party tent reservation entitles you to a seat at a patio-style table with chairs and cash bar. With this option you will receive nine seats for the price of eight. Festival admission is included. The Party Tent table can be purchase for Saturday or Sunday. Parking is not included with the Party Tent Table.

Reserved Seating has two options. Regular reserved seating is all the rows, except the first 5 rows. Reserved Preferred is the first 5 Rows.

Reserved seating is for the Bluesfest patron that wants to enjoy the concert without the hassle of bringing their own chair and wants the optimal view of the stage. The reserved seat ticket entitles you to a provided seat in the first come first served reserved seat section area which is directly in front of the stage. Online purchases include general admission. Reserved Seating does not include the first five rows (except Friday), you will want to purchase reserved preferred seating for the first five rows on Saturday or Sunday.

Reserved Preferred seating is for the Bluesfest patron that wants to enjoy the concert without the hassle of bringing their own chair and wants the optimal view of the stage from the first five rows of the reserved section. The reserved preferred seat ticket entitles you to a provided seat in the first come first served reserved seat section area, which is directly in front of the stage in the first five rows. Online purchases include general admission to the festival.

BUNDLE OPTIONS

The Bundle options are for reserved seating or party tent seating for the weekend and include parking for Saturday and Sunday (no parking charges on Friday). These bundles are available online only. They will not be available onsite. There is not a bundle for reserved preferred seats or party tent tables.

CAMPER

BUY CAMPER SPOTS

Spaces are 40 X 20 (Camper, RV, handicap, etc.) All vehicles and/or equipment must fit inside this space. Cars will not be allowed to drive in and out due to space and pedestrian issues. There is a parking lot located nearby for vehicles that need to get out.

• 30 amp electrical and access to water is provided. Five weekend wristband for general admission festival entry will be included.
• Campers will need to check in between the hours of Fri, August 30,(12PM-7PM) and Sat, August 31, (8AM-3PM).
• All cars and RV’s must be out of the RV lot by 10AM on Monday, Sept 2. Electricity will be turned off at 8AM on Monday, Sept 2.
• Tents are allowed in your designated space only.
• All pets are to be leashed and picked up after. Pets must remain in the camper area and cannot be brought onto the festival site.
• Quiet time will be strictly enforced from 11PM-7AM.
• Spaces are sold as reserved and offered on a first-come, first serve basis.
• Sites are to be kept clean and orderly.
• There will be no sewer hook-ups, dump stations or black water removal on site.
• Outdoor cooking must follow these rules:
  • Cooking will be allowed in an approved BBQ style grill (charcoal or propane).
  • No fire pits will be allowed.
  • Cooking will not be done within 10 feet of a structure or recreational vehicle.
  • No cooking fire will be left unattended at any time.
  • Fire extinguisher is required
• The City of Bedford reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person who has shown a disregard for the rules without a refund. Guests and their visitors agree to use the RV parking area at their own risk. The City of Bedford is not responsible for damage, injury or loss to persons, pets or property. We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees that we deem necessary. Any changes will be given in writing at time of check in.
